Non-invasive BBL Vacuum Booty Lift Before and After Care and Treatment Contraindications

Guidelines to follow before and after the Non-invasive BBL treatments?

  • To ensure the effectiveness of your treatments please be sure to drink plenty of water during your treatment series. Please drink 2-3 liters within the 24 hour period leading up to your treatment.
  • Discontinue blood thinners and NSAIDs 24 hours before treatments and 2 days following treatments.
  • I also recommend 20-30 minutes of glute exercises before or after your sessions to stimulate blood flow and muscle growth thus maximizing your results.
  • Stand as much as possible and/or use a butt lift pillow following treatments to ensure lasting results.
  • Please refrain from any alcohol consumption for 24 hours before your BBL treatments and for 2-3 days after your treatments.
  • Eat a healthy, balanced diet. Do not eat 2 hours prior to your sessions. Avoid binging or fasting!
  • Avoid sugary, fatty, and greasy foods as well as foods rich in refined carbohydrates.
  • No hot showers, baths or saunas for 24 hours after treatments.
  • Keep your skin hydrated and moisturized.
