Ultrasonic Cavitation and RF Before and After Care and Treatment Contraindications

Guidelines to follow before and after the Ultrasonic Cavitation and RF treatments?

  • To ensure the effectiveness of your treatments please be sure to drink plenty of water during your treatment series. It is important however, that you make sure to drink at least 1.5 liters before and after each treatment. This will help the liver and lymphatic system expel the fat.
  • I also recommend 20-30 minutes of light cardio after your sessions like walking to stimulate the lymphatic and urinary systems and eliminate toxins.
  • Please refrain from any alcohol consumption for 2-3 days after your treatments. Alcohol can prevent your liver from working to remove fats as it will make alcohol metabolism its priority before fat removal and could hinder your results. Additionally, alcohol is treated like sugar in the body and it will convert it into fat.
  • No tanning or excessive sun exposure during your treatment series! Tanning may cause you to be overly sensitive to the ultrasonic and RF treatments.
  • Eat a healthy, balanced diet. Do not eat 2 hours prior to your sessions. Avoid binging or fasting!
  • Avoid sugary, fatty, and greasy foods as well as foods rich in refined carbohydrates.
  • No caffeine or carbonated drinks 3-4 hours prior to your sessions and 24 hours after your sessions.
  • No hot showers, baths or saunas immediately after treatments
  • Keep your skin hydrated and moisturized
