“Both products are a game changer. With that said, the Recover has been much more than that. I've suffered from IBS-D for over 5 years. Between slightly early menopause (47) and Covid stress (never got it but did all the grocery shopping during lock-down and didn't get to see my family in the UK for 2.5 years...), it took its toll. Most supplements take time (1-3 months) to notice real difference. The Recover was within a week and has made my life so much happier. I still need to be careful with what I eat and I still take my digestive enzymes, but it's been an amazing difference. I just got back from a 12-day cross US trip....no issues! We all know that everybody is different, but I can say this, I've tried most things and this has brought me the most comfort. The CJC helps - I started it a couple of months ago.
